Looks good. Having used a lot of websites to search for homes lately, I really like the 'get down to business' layout. It is really direct, looks user friendly, and well organized.
The one thing I found really annoying about real estate sites was that they limited the results of a search. I was glad when I found one (wadedudley.com) that let me look at all of the houses in a certain area or price range. It made me feel like we actually got what we wanted for what was available in our price range.
Keep me updated on how it goes. Looks good so far.
I appreciate the feedback. I need to find away to explain the search a bit better. The search does limit it to only the mapped area on the screen. so if you pull a search then move the map you have to repull the search. Other than that though it should have every listed home on there including from other brokerages... Even some FSBO's. A bit confusing and not sure how to make that clear on the site.
awesome man. Im going to buy a house through this website...when I can actually afford a house that is...Or I could just buy one I cant really afford! That seems to be pretty easy to do.
