Update

Here's pg 6 & 7 along with the total picture of what it's looking like. I'll have to say these last couple of pages have been pretty boring just doing trees and foilage. Looking forward to stitching the fairy. :)

Here are pages 5 and 6. I feel like it's taking me longer than expected, at this rate it will take me like 3 years to complete. Only one page to go on the top row.

Project update

Here is an update of my progress. I've done three more pages. The pictures are arranged with the close up of the page then the after shot of what the whole thing looks like after that page was completed.

It's stitching up very nicely. It's so fine it almost looks like a painting from far away. It's such a beautiful pattern.

My huge project

So I just started a new cross stitch or I guess I started 3 weeks ago. This thing is massive over 200,000 stitches and the pattern is 30 pages long. I figure I'll throw it up here to track my progress and keep track of how long it takes me. Hopefully it's only a year but if I don't pick up my pace it'll be closer to two. 8-|

The material is evenweave size 25 over one which is tiny little squares but creates amazing detail.
